Blog Entry: If you are a dreamer, come in. If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar, a hoper, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer, If you're a pretender, come sit by my fire. For we have flax-golden tales to spin. Come in !   Come in ! Phil Silverstein  Welcome to my blog. I'm not exactly sure what's ahead, but as Neil Finn would say, "...you'll never see the end of the road while you're traveling with me".  The Omnia Chronicles Know ye, o princess, that in the days between the rise of the sons of Kennedy and the fall of the crescent moon, great kingdoms rose and flourished upon the face of the land. Hither came an enchantress, possessing omnipotent magic to spellbind the race of man if she should choose to do so. She did not. Her only happiness had thus far eluded her. Fate had dealt her that blow eons ago. So with resoluteness only the truly jaded can know, she waited. Hither also came the gunslinger, sullen of eye and lean of stature, carrying with him gigantic melancholy and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of earth beneath his booted feet. I'm not going to post any of my articles or the advice column here, that would be kinda redundant. I do urge you to go to the site and read them though. You might find something useful. And of course there's the "Ask The Experts" feature and my email address. If you have questions, I'll try & help you if I can. Here's the link:  http://advice.lovedetour.com/author/taydelott You'll probably see a lot of stuff here that will eventually end up in an article or a response on the advice website, and a lot of stuff that won't. Here I don't have to be concerned with editors and I can write anything I want (that's not to say I have anything against editors - especially since there's been talk in the boardroom of me possibly becoming one when the advice website launches). I'll post some articles & comments that have been published other places though - newspapers & such. And engage in a little literary masturbation from time to time. I welcome any comments and/or opinions. I'm certainly no George Will, but I always enjoy intelligent discourse.
